The keeper systen will allow teams to select two players to retain each season with no effect on the $100 auction cap.  These players cannot be taken by opposing teams unless acquired through trade.

The remaining players on the roster will be auctioned off to the rest of the league.  These players are restricted free agents, and opposing teams will bid on their rights.  Once the top bid has been set, the original owner of the player may choose to match the top bid and take back the player for another season.

After the auction is complete, a three-round rookie draft will take place.  The order of the draft is in reverse of the previous year's standings, with playoffs factored in.  The draft will be NFL-style.
