2004 Scoring Rules
Passing
1 point for every 25 passing yards (For example, 150 yards = 6 points)
*4 points for every TD pass plus 1 point for
every ten yards on the play.
-For example, a 22 yard TD pass is 4 points plus 2 points for the yards.
1 point
for throwing a 2 point conversion pass
Quarterbacks can also get rushing yardage points and TD points
Rushing and Receiving
1 point for every 10 yards (For example, 88 yards = 8 points)
6 points for every TD run or catch plus 1 point for
every ten yards.
2 points for every 2-point conversion run or catch.
Running backs can get receiving yards and
receiving TD's.
Wide Receivers can receive running points in they run a reverse, etc.
Punt/Kickoff returns:
If you own a receiver/running back who does punts, only touchdowns count as points. No yardage points for
a normal return.
Defense/Special Teams
10 points for a shutout
5 points for giving up less than 10 points.
3 points for less than 20 points.
If defense gives up 20 points, you get 0 points.
6 points for TD by defense or special teams plus 1 point for every ten
yards.
2 points for an interception or recovered fumble
2 points for a safety
1 point for a sack
* Touchdown returns
count only when scored by a defensive player. Multi-turnover plays where the offense regains possession and scores DO NOT
count as a defensive TD
* Fake punts and field goals DO NOT count as special teams TD
* Touchdowns scored by opposing
defense DO NOT count, but extra points do.
* All special teams touchdowns count against your defense.
Kicking
1 point for an extra point.
3 points for a field goal 39 yards or under, 4 for a kick 40-49 yards, and so forth.

If, in a rare situation, a kicker scores or throws for a touchdown, the play counts.
** All disputed calls are decided by a league vote. When not possible, by commissioner.
